Carter is a seasoned finance professional with an impressive track record spanning more than 25 years. His expertise encompasses operational finance, company analysis, capital raising, and deal structuring. Notably, as the former CFO of the telecommunications and electrical contracting group, Tristrux, he played a pivotal role working closely with the founder to achieve a remarkable 5x return within just five years. Under his leadership, Tristrux flourished, becoming a prominent national player in telecommunications construction services through strategic expansion and acquisitions. He eventually spearheaded the successful sale of Tristrux to a major private equity firm in 2021.

Carter’s career includes serving as founding partner and head of research at Inox Capital, where he honed his strategic finance and company analysis skills. He also brings valuable capital raising, deal structuring, and execution experience from his time in investment banking at prestigious firms like ABN-Amro, Solomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup), and Bear Stearns (now J.P. Morgan), focusing on leveraged finance and M&A advisory.
